Yes. All vehicles must be in safe, roadworthy condition before pickup. This includes working brakes, steering, tyres, and lights. If a vehicle is deemed unsafe at pickup, we may refuse relocation until it is made roadworthy.

Vehicles must be either registered or covered by a valid Unregistered Vehicle Permit (UVP) that lasts for the full relocation. The UVP provides compulsory insurance and legal permission to drive the vehicle between pickup and delivery.

Delivery times depend on distance, but we drive your vehicle directly — no depots or holding yards. All relocations follow NHVR fatigue laws: drivers can operate up to 12 hours in a 24-hour period, with required breaks. Longer trips may include overnight stays. We’ll confirm an estimated arrival time when quoting.

Our quotes are all-inclusive. This means fuel, driver flights, and any required accommodation are already built into the cost. There are no hidden extras — everything is calculated upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

We recommend removing all personal items before relocation. Belongings are not covered by insurance and are transported at the customer’s own risk if left inside. To ensure safety and compliance, vehicles should be handed over empty.
